Naschmarkt
The Naschmarkt is one of the oldest markets in Vienna and, thanks to its location nestled between numerous turn-of-the-century and Art Nouveau houses, as well as its variety of stalls, bars, cafés and restaurants, invites you to try, enjoy and linger.
Heurigen
As early as 1784, Emperor Josef II gave local winegrowers the right to serve their own wine in small restaurants. The "Heuriger" was born. On simple wooden benches you can still enjoy the view over the city and the good wine, accompanied by Viennese songs and “Gstanzln”. The Vienna Heurige has been a world heritage site since 2019.
Third man tour

Schönbrunn Palace

Hofburg

Ringstraße

Stephansdom

Burggarten
Vienna is famous for its parks. The castle garden in particular with the glass palm house behind the Hofburg is a green jewel in the middle of the Ringstrasse.
Ankeruhr

Otto Wagner buildings
Otto Wagner was an important architect of the Belle Epoque or around the fin de siècle and had a lasting impact on the image of Vienna through his numerous Art Nouveau buildings. Prater - Riesenrad

Karlskirche

KHM

Schloss Belvedere
The baroque Belvedere Palace was the summer residence of Prince Eugen, one of the most important generals and art collectors in Austrian history. Today the castle houses the impressive Klimt collection in the upper part, while temporary exhibitions take place in the lower part.
Burgtheater
The Burgtheater, or “the castle” for short, is considered one of the most important stages in Europe and is the second oldest European theater after the Comédie-Francaise and the largest German-language spoken theater.
Secession
The Vienna Secession is considered the pearl of Art Nouveau. The house is used as a museum and is decorated inside by Klimt´s "Beethoven frieze". The saying above the entrance is also famous: “Time has its art, art has its freedom.”
Rathaus
Like many buildings on Ringstrasse, the Vienna City Hall is built in the historicist style. In winter you will find the famous Christmas market in front of it and a little later an ice skating rink, in summer people cavort between the various food stalls to enjoy pearls of music on a large screen.

Salzburg

There is a popular ski area there in winter and you can go hiking here in the warmer months.
